Pumpkin Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 3 1/.2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nutmeg | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 4 Small, beaten | |
| Water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Canned pumpkin | 2 Can (10oz) (Salad Oil - 1 cup) | |
| Nuts - 3/4 cup, coarsely chopped | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a bowl, sift the flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon
2) Then mix together the eggs, water, salad oil and pumpkin
3) Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture and mix till well combined
4) Fold in the nuts and pour the batter into a greased loaf pan
5) Bake into a preheated oven for an hour at 350 F till a skewer inserted comes clean
SERVING
5) Serve the pumpkin into wedges with some clotted cream
