Ingredients

 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Molasses2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 2/3 cup pureed, cooked pumpkin
 Eggs2 , beaten
 1/2 tsp each: cinnamon, nutmeg
 1/4 tsp each: mace, cloves, and salt
 Ginger1 Teaspoon, grated
 2 tbsp brewer's yeast
 Milk powder1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup peanut meal
 Whole wheat flour1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder1 Tablespoon

Directions

Blend the oil, molasses, pumpkin, eggs, and all of the spices in a large bowl.
Stir the remaining ingredients together and add to the first mixture.
Bake in a well-oiled loaf pan at 325°F for about. 1 hour. If the loaf gets too brown before the end of the baking time, lower the heat to 300°F.
