Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Oil a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin, oil, and eggs.
Beat until blended.
In a separate bowl, stir together flour, soda, salt, and spices.
Add to pumpkin mixture; blend well.
Stir in raisins, nuts, and water.
Spoon into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 65 to 75 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
