 1/4 cup sesame seeds or chopped nuts (optional)
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon (Topping:)
 Sugar2 Tablespoon (Topping:)
 Flour2 Tablespoon (Topping:)
 Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon (Topping:)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° In large bowl, mix together oil, butter, sugar, egg, pumpkin puree, and apple.
In smaller bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Add flour mixture to pumpkin and stir until well moistened.
Fold in sesame seeds, nuts, or raisins, and spoon into greased loaf pan.
In a small bowl and using your fingers, blend topping ingredients together until they form a coarse meal.
Sprinkle on top of loaf.
Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
