Pumpkin Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
| Pumpkin - 1 number, 16-ounce can | ||
| Sour cream dip with chives - 1/3 cup | ||
| Chicken broth | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl combine together pumpkin, sour cream dip, chicken broth, cream, and salt; use a beater for form a smooth mixture.
2. Cover and chill before serving.
SERVING
3. Arrange the soup into individual soup bowl and garnish with dollops of sour cream dip with chives.
