Pumpkin And Brinjal Curry Recipe

Ingredients
| Pumpkin | 500 Gram | |
| Green chillies | 4 | |
| Brinjals | 125 Gram | |
| Chilli powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mango powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons ghee powder | ||
Directions
Cut the pumpkin into biggish pieces and brinjals into pieces of moderate size.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add the pumpkin and brinjals, salt, turmeric powder and chillies split lengthwise.
Stir briskly.
Keep the fire very low and cover.
Put some water on the lid.
If you wish to have gravy add half a cup of water to the vegetable- and partially cover the pan.
When the vegetables become tender, remove from fire and sprinkle chilli powder and mango powder.
