Pumpkin And Apple Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Pumpkin | 500 Gram, chopped | |
| Carrot | 1 Large, chopped | |
| 1 large cooking apple, peeled, chopped | ||
| Dried basil leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Half teaspoon mixed spice | ||
| Half teaspoon nutmeg | ||
| 1 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns | ||
| Chicken stock | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 30 Gram | |
| Half cup cream | ||
Directions
1. Combine pumpkin, carrot, apple, basil, mixed spice, nutmeg and 1 cup of the stock in large bowl. Dot with butter, cover, cook on HIGH for twelve minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, cover, cook on HIGH for five minutes.
