Pumpernickel Kraut Franks Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Pumpernickel bread - 4 slices, lightly toasted | ||
| Sauerkraut | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Frankfurters | 4 | |
| Ketchup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) On a flat surface, arrange bread and spread over it.
2) Cover with sauerkraut.
3) Keep a frankfurter on top of each sandwich.
4) Spread ketchup over it.
5) Broil sandwiches for 8 minutes until hot.
SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
