Pulled pork recipe differ from region to region & is a very popular dish across the world but in the recent years Pulled pork has become an American Barbecue.

Ingredients

 
4-5 lbs. pork
 
5 onions
 
1 lg. bottle ketcup
 
1 tsp. dry mustard
 
1 tsp. vinegar
 
1 tsp. salt
 
1 tsp. pepper
 
2 tsp. paprika
 
1/4 tsp. hot black pepper
 
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In a pan heat oil & saute onions till golden brown.Tender pork on a barbecue grill till juices pop out of it,pull pork into small pieces.Let it cool for a while.
Add the remaining ingredients to onion & add water as per the consistency that you like.
Add pork to the mix & cook for a while.
Serve hot.
