Pulao - Rice with Red Cabbage Recipe Video

|Red cabbage||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped finely|
|Ginger paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Green chili paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Basmati rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (Use as required per taste)|
|Rice vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Warm water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (As required)|

1. Take a pan, heat it with a couple of tablespoons of oil, add the red cabbage, ginger, garlic and green chili paste and stir well to mix everything together.
2. Add the rice, salt and a splash of vinegar. Stir to mix well.
3. Add warm water, stir, cover and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes checking frequently. Once cooked, turn off the heat.
4. Serve the rice warm with a raita or pickle of your choice.
