Puffy Cheese Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Ounce, grated | |
| All purpose flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Place steel blade in dry work bowl.
Add cheese; process till grated.
Add next 4 ingredients; process till consistency of corn-meal.
With machine running, slowly pour milk through feed tube; process till moistened.
On lightly floured surface form dough into a ball by hand; roll to a 12-inch square.
Slice, cut, dry, and cook as in tip, right.
Use same day; do not store.
Add cheese; process till grated.
Add next 4 ingredients; process till consistency of corn-meal.
