Ingredients

 Flounder fillets - 2 lb or
 Frozen flounder fillets - 2 pkg (16-oz) , thawed
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Medium onion - 1 , peeled and thinly sliced
 Mayonnaise1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 BUTTERED BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOMS
 Broccoli package1 , frozen
 Mushrooms1/4 Pound
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Rinse the fillets under cold water, and using paper towels dry them well.

MAKING
2 Brush one side of the fillets with lemon juice
3 In a n oven proof baking dish, arrange the fillets 1-inch apart.
4 Place onion slices over the fillets.
5 In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
6 Spread 1/4 cup of the mixture over each fillet.
7 Using a foil, cover the baking dish and broil 6 inches from heat, for 15 minutes.
8 Remove the foil and continue broiling just until top is golden-brown for about 5 minutes.
9 To Prepare buttered broccoli and mushrooms: as per the package directions, cook the broccoli.
10 Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and trim the ends; slice the mushrooms through caps and stems to 1/4th inch thickness.
11 In a medium skillet, saute mushrooms over medium heat for 5 minutes, until tender.
12 Add in the lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss lightly.
13 Add broccoli to the skillet and mix well. remove from the heat.

SERVING
14 On a platter rrange the fish with the help of a spatula. Serve with broccoli and mushrooms.
