Puff Shells Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Dash of salt
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
Directions
Combine water, butter, and salt in saucepan; bring to boil.
Add flour all at once; stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat thoroughly after each addition.
Continue beating until stiff dough is formed.
Drop by level tea-spoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheet, 15 x 12 inches.
Bake in 450°F oven 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°F; bake about 10 minutes.
