Mint (Pudina) - leaves of 2 bunches
Red Chillies - 7
Methi(Fenugreek) seeds - a pinch
Urad Dal - 2 tbs
Garlic - 2 pods
Tamarind - 3 strips
Coriander/Cilantro - a handful
Salt to taste
Directions
Heat 4 tbs oil in a saucepan, add methi seeds, urad dal, red chillies, crushed garlic & saute for 10 seconds.
Add pudina leaves, cilantro & saute until pudina softens, add juice of soaked tamarind, add salt as per taste.
Grind all the ingredients into a paste.
