Pudding Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O® Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling, any flavor
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP® Non-Dairy Whipped Topping
Directions
Pour cold milk into bowl.
Add pudding mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping and spoon into dessert glasses.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
Coffee Mousse: Prepare Pudding Mousse as directed, using vanilla or chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling and adding 2 teaspoons MAXWELL HOUSE® or YUBAN® Instant Coffee with the pudding mix.
