Pudding Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 package (4-serving size) JELL-0® Lemon, Coconut Cream, Vanilla or Pineapple Cream Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust or baked pie shell, cooled
Directions
With electric mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese until very soft.
Gradually add 1/2 cup of the milk, beating until smooth.
Add remaining milk and the pie filling mix, beating at low speed until blended, 1 minute.
Pour immediately into pie crust.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
Sour Cream Cheese Pie: Prepare Pudding Cheese Pie as directed, using lemon flavor pudding and pie filling and substituting 1 cup sour cream for 1 cup of the milk.
