Prunes Stuffed With Almond Paste Recipe
Ingredients
| 24 soft pitted dried prunes | ||
| Almond paste | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecan halves | 24 | |
| Coconut sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Make a slit on one side of each prune.
Press 1/2 teaspoon Almond Paste into centers.
Press a pecan half into Almond Paste in each prune.
Reform prunes around stuffing so that it just peeks out a bit.
Roll confections in Coconut Sugar until well coated.
Place in miniature-size fluted paper liners.
