Prune Torte Recipe

| Spice cake mix | 1 box | |
| Heavy cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 jar strained prunes | ||
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Prepare cake mix according to package directions for two-layer cake.
Split cooled layers into halves, mak- ing 4 layers.
Beat cream until stiff peaks form; fold in strained prunes.
Spread between layers and on top of torte; sprinkle with nuts.
Chill until serving time.
