| Bread Cubes – 8 cups | ||
| Uncooked Prunes – 2 cups, chopped | ||
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
MAKING
1)In a large frying pan, melt some butter and sauté the sliced onions till fragrant
2)Add in the poultry seasoning, salt and pepper
3)In a bowl, mix the bread cubes and chopped prunes
4)Add the onion mixture and water to the bread and mix well
5)In a casserole, layer in the mixture to the bottom of the dish
6)Place the chicken atop the mixture and brush with some melted butter
7)Cover the casserole with a lid
8)Bake at 350 F for 1 ½ hours till the chicken becomes tender
9)Take off the lid in the last ½ hour to brown the chicken
FINALIZING
10)Lightly heat the whole prunes in a frying pan and place in the casserole to garnish
