Prune, Apple and Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
| 65 g (2 1/2 oz) ready-to-eat prunes | ||
| Pinch of ground cinnamon | ||
| Apple Juice | 350 Milliliter | |
| Greek yogurt | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Roughly chop the prunes and place with the cinnamon in a large bowl.
Pour over the apple juice, cover and allow to stand overnight.
Place the prune and apple juice mixture with the yogurt in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into a glass, add ice cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon, if liked.
