Provolone Melt Recipe
Ingredients
| Focaccia bread piece | 1 | |
| Cooked rotisserie chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 1/2 cup Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Dressing | ||
| 1/4 cup diagonally sliced green onions | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Provolone cheese | 4 Ounce, sliced | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
1. Preheat broiler. Place focaccia on a baking sheet.
2. Stir together chicken, dressing and green onions in a bowl. Arrange mixture evenly on top of focaccia.
3. Add a layer of sliced tomatoes and a layer of provolone cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
4. Broil for 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
