 Butter25 Gram
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Prosciutto75 Gram, cut into strips
 Sage1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Black pepper1
 Parmesan cheese15 Gram, grated

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Stir in garlic, sage, and proscuitto and fry for 2-3 minutes.
2) Mix freshly ground pepper as per taste.

SERVING
3) Pour over freshly cooked pasta and toss well. Garnish with cheese and serve immediately.
