Italian Prosciutto And Melon Panini Recipe Video

The Italian prosciutto panini is an easy to cook recipe that can be prepared in nearly no time. Try this breakfast on your won and you'll come to know why I am a big fan of this recipe!!

Ingredients

 
Ciabatta bread
 
Prosciutto
 
Canalope
 
Goat cheese
 
Fresh rucola/arugula
 
Olive Oil

Directions

Assemble prosciutto, canalope, a little goat cheese and few leaves of rucola/arugula between two slices of ciabatta bread.
Brush both - base as well as top breads with olive oil.
Place in the grill/ griddle for 7-8 minutes.
Note : Pat canalope or tomato dry before using into the sandwich as they tend to leave out water.
You may use tomato slices instead of canalope.
