Prosciutto with Figs Recipe

Ingredients

 12 very thin slices prosciutto, or other raw smoked ham
 1 Honeydew or Ogen melon, seeded and cut into 4 wedges
 8 ripe figs

Directions

Divide the ham between 4 individual plates and top with the melon.
Cut the figs into sections, from the stem end nearly through to the base, taking care not to cut right through.
Peel back the skin and put 2 'flower' figs on either side of each melon wedge.
Serve immediately.
