Prosciutto Ham on Melon Recipe
Ingredients
| Cantaloupe | 1 | |
| Prosciutto ham - 1/4 lb., cut in very thin slices | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Black olives - As desired | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Cut melon into 6 wedges, lengthwise.
2) Carefully remove seeds.
3) With a knife, cut melon pulp away from rind except at ends. Then, cut into diagonal slices from centre to one side, leaving the opposite side uncut.
4) Drape ham slices in and out of cuts in the melon.
SERVING
5) Sprinkle the melon slices with lemon juice and serve with olives.
