| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |

Directions
Saute the chicken in the butter until golden brown.

Mix well the remaining ingredients and spread on the chicken.
Cover the skillet, turn the heat very low, and simmer 30 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.

Remove the cover of the skillet and bake the chicken in a moderate oven, 350°, about 35-40 minutes, basting frequently with the pan juices.
