Prinny Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Fresh Lemon Rind - 2 nos | ||
| Strong Cold Indian Tea - 1 pint | ||
| Ice - as required | ||
| Sugar syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fresh Orange Juice - 6 nos OR Canned, Unsweetened Juice - 3/4 pint | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Brandy | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Dark rum | 1/2 Bottle (1l) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into the teapot, add in lemon rind. Stir well.
2) Into a punch bowl, add in the ice.th
3) Add in the lemon-flavored tea, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, brandy and rum.
4) Stir well.
SERVING
5) Just before serving, pour champage into the punch. Serve chilled.
