 Fresh Lemon Rind - 2 nos
 Strong Cold Indian Tea - 1 pint
 Ice - as required
 Sugar syrup2 Tablespoon
 Fresh Orange Juice - 6 nos OR Canned, Unsweetened Juice - 3/4 pint
 Lemon juice1
 Brandy1 Bottle (1l)
 Dark rum1/2 Bottle (1l)

Directions

MAKING
1) Into the teapot, add in lemon rind. Stir well.
2) Into a punch bowl, add in the ice.th
3) Add in the lemon-flavored tea, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, brandy and rum.
4) Stir well.

SERVING
5) Just before serving, pour champage into the punch. Serve chilled.
