Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Work in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Add water; stir into stiff dough.
Roll out dough on floured surface.
Place in 9-inch pie pan.
Spread jam (it may need to be melted) in bottom crust.
