 Fryer chicken1
 Egg1
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Tablespoon
 2/3 c. finely crushed pretzel crumbs
 Melted butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Rinse and pat dry broiler/fryer pieces.
Dip in slightly beaten egg with water and salt.
Then dip chicken in pretzel crumbs.
Coat shallow 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan with oil.
Heat oven to 350° F.
Melt butter.
Place chicken in pan, skin side down; bake for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake 30 minutes longer or until chicken is crisp and tender
