Pretzel Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter or margarine , softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1.75-ounce container chocolate decors
Directions
1. Into large bowl, measure first 5 ingredients, 1 egg, and 1 egg yolk. With mixer at low speed,beat ingredients until blended, occasionally scraping bowl. Stir in decors.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F. With hands, roll 2 level tablespoonfuls mixture into a 12-inch-long rope. Shape rope into loop-shaped pretzel. Repeat with remaining dough. Place cookies, about 1 inch apart, on ungreased large cookie sheets. Brush cookies with remaining egg white.
3. Bake cookies 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool. Store cookies in tightly covered container.
