Pretty Pink Gelatin Salad Recipe
The pretty pink salad is a flavored gelatin salad made with fruit flavored gelatin along with cottage cheee pineapples and marshmallows. Folded in along with whipping cream , the pretty pink mixed fruit salad can be served as dessert too.
Ingredients
| 1 small pkg. mixed fruit gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), creamed | |
| Crushed pineapple can | 1 8 Ounce, drained | |
| 1/2 colored miniature marshmallows | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Pint, Whipped | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill until it jells.
Fold in cottage cheese and pineapple.
Let stand again until it jells.
Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream.
Fill 5 cup mold.
Chill until it jells.
