Ingredients

 Unflavored gelatin1
 Skim milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Frozen strawberries1/2 Ounce
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon, squeezed
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks2
 Evaporated skim milk - 1 cup
 Ice water1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) Soften the gelatin in skim milk for 5 minutes.
2) Drain the strawberries and reserve the juice.
3) In a small saucepan, combine the strawberry juice, lemon juice and honey; bring to a boil.
4) Stir in the gelatin mixture until the gelatin has dissolved.
5) Remove from heat and allow to cool.
6) In a blender or food processor, pour the mixture and whirl briefly.
7) Add the strawberries and egg yolks, then blend until smooth.
8) Add the evaporated skim milk and ice water and blend until just mixed.
9) Wet the inner surface of a 6-cup decorative mold with cold water.
10) Turn the mixture into the mold and refriferate until firm.

SERVING
11) Unmold the Pretty Strawberry Bavarian on a platter and serve immediately.
