 Onion2 Tablespoon, minced
 Wheat germ2 Tablespoon
 Sunflower seeds/Sunflower meal1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely chopped
 Egg1 , hard cooked, sieved or mashed with fork
 Homemade mayonnaise2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Extract beet liquid. Add sprouts to it and marinate all day.
2) Drain well.
3) Stir in remaining ingredients except egg.

SERVING
4) Garnish with egg and serve.
