President'S Barbecued Chicken Recipe
Chicken is a favorite at my home. I love entertaining and also trying out new and interesting chicken recipe. This president's barbecued chicken is one of my all time favorites. Especially when it comes to the taste and flavors. If you are a chicken lover you must try it and you will enjoy every bite of it

Ingredients
1 c, butter
2 tsp. dried leaf oregano
3/4 c. lemon juice
4 fryers, halved
2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Directions
Melt butter in small saucepan; stir in lemon juice, garlic salt, paprika and oregano.
Place chickens in shallow dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour marinade over chickens; cover.
Marinate for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature, turning occasionally.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Place chicken, skin side up, on grill set 3 to 6 inches from charcoal briquets that have reached light gray ash stage.
Brush generously with reserved marinade.
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender, turning and brushing with marinade occasionally.
Leg should twist easily out of thigh joint and pieces should feel tender when probed with fork when chicken is done.
