Ham loaf - 1 can (12-ounces )
 
Eggs - 4
 
Butter - 1 tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Slice the ham loaf into four 1/2 inch thick slices and then poke a hole in the center of each slice.
2. In a large skillet, tip in the butter and brown the round center pieces of the hole that you poked through in the pan.
3. Push the rounds to one side and place each large slice of loaf in the pan to brown on both sides.
4. Break one egg into the hole in each slice and then cover and cook until egg is cooked to desired doneness.
