Ingredients:- Onion-1 big Long thin slices Tomato-1 big Long thin slices Garlic-3 Ginger-1''inch Green Chillies-4 Cardmom-1 Cinnamon-2 Cloves-2 Coconut Milk-1 small glass Salt to Taste Coriander for Garnishing Red Chilli Powder-pinch Oil-2tbsp For Grinding:- Garlic-3 Ginger-1''inch Green Chillies-4 Water-Little Grind it smooth paste and keep aside Method:- First wash Rice and drain it and keep aside. Wash prawns and keep aside Take a Cooker pour Oil when it is Hot, Add Cardmom,Cinnamon,Cloves and fry for a sec. Now put Onion and fry till golden brown. Then add the Grinded paste and fry till raw smell goes and oil seprates. Now add Tomatoes and fry till smooth. Add washed Prawns,Salt,Pinch,Redchillipd and mix well. Then add Coconut Milk,Rice and stir for sec. Allow Bubbles to come. Taste it and close the cooked lid. Switch it off when 1 whistle comes and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and ready to eat .

 Coconut milk45 Milliliter (1 small glass)
 Salt To Taste
 Coriander1 Tablespoon (For garnish)
 Red chilli powder1 Pinch
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic3 (For Grinding)
 Ginger1 Inch (For Grinding)
 Green chillies4 (For Grinding)
 Water1 Tablespoon (Adjust the quantity of water as needed - For Grinding)

Directions

First wash Rice and drain it aside.
Take a Cooker pour Oil when it is Hot,
Add Cardmom,Cinnamon,Cloves and fry for a sec.
Now put Onion and fry till golden brown.
Then add the Grinded paste and fry till raw smell goes and oil seprates.
Now add Tomatoes and fry till smooth.
Add washed Prawns,Salt,Pinch,Redchillipd and mix well.
Then add Coconut Milk,Rice and stir for sec.
Allow Bubbles to come.
Taste it and close the cooked lid.
Switch it off when 1 whistle comes and transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander and ready to eat .
