 1 pound live prawns
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Boiling water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon
 1 wide saucepan

Directions

Bring the salted water to a boil in a wide saucepan.
Throw in the prawns and, when the water comes to a boil again, poach the prawns for 1 minute.
Remove from the water and let the fish get cold.
To shell the prawns, pull the tail from the waistcoat.
Cut along the underbelly of the tail shell with a sharp scissors and the tail flesh is revealed. (Sounds very complicated, but you would understand if you had a prawn in front of you.)
Remove the tail flesh and discard the thread of gut.
