CHOPPED TOMATO 350 GMS
WHOLE RED CHILLIES 10 GMS
BROILED CORIANDER SEEDS 20 GMS
GINGER PASTE 20 GMS
CHOPPED GARLIC 30 GMS
CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES 10 GMS
SALT 8 GMS
CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER 50 GMS
TURMERIC PDR. 5 GMS
JUICE LEMON 2 NOS.
CHILLI PDR. 5 GMS

How to make PRAWN CURRY

1. MARINATE DEVEINED PRAWNS WITH GINGER PASTE, SALT, CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC, MARINATE FOR 30 MINS.
2. BROIL CORIANDER SEEDS, RED CHILLI WHOLE, KEEP ASIDE, SAUTÉ ONIONS TILL BROWN, ADD TOMATOES, COOL IT AND MAKE A FINE PASTE.
3. HEAT OIL, SAUTÉ GARLIC, GINGER PASTE, GREEN CHILLIES, THE PASTE AND SALT COOK FOR 20 MINS.
4. WHEN THE CONSISTENCY IS RIGHT ADD THE PRAWNS AND SIMMER TILL PRAWNS ARE COOKED.
5. CHECK FOR SEASONINGS; FINISH WITH LIME JUICE AND CHOPPED CORIANDER.
