Prawn Toasts With Dill Butter Recipe

| Butter | 125 Gram | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dill | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 500g cooked prawns, shelled | ||
Directions
Toast bread, remove crusts, spread toast generously with combined butter, lemon juice, basil, parsley and dill.
Cut each piece of toast into 4 squares.
Top with halved prawns.
Garnish with tiny lemon or lime wedges, caviar and dill.
