| Peanut oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Wash, shell, and devein the prawn. Make sure that you keep the prawn in cold water while making the marinade.
Combine all the other ingredients except the teriyaki sauce in a mixing bowl. Place this on top of a bigger bowl with ice water. This will keep the marinade cool. Place the prawn in the marinade and cover the container with plastic wrap. Marinate the shrimp for at least an hour. Make sure that you are able to soak them well in the marinade by stirring or turning it every once in a while. Remove and drain the prawn, then cook.
For frying:
Mix 2 cups of flour with ½ cup sesame seeds. Coat the shrimp with this and fry in hot vegetable oil for two minutes. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
For grilling:
Skewer the prawn together with pineapple slices, bell pepper pieces, and onion quarters. You can place around two shrimps in each skewer. Place over a preheated grill and cook for three minutes on each side. You may also place this on a baking pan and cook in a preheated oven for a little less than five minutes.
Arrange the prawn on a platter. Do not forget to serve your prawn with Teriyaki Sauce on the side to complete your recipe.
