Ingredients

 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Shredded coconut1 1/2 Ounce, desiccated
 Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon
 Mustard seeds1 Teaspoon
 Chilli powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Natural yogurt2 Tablespoon
 Garlic5 Clove (5gm), crushed
 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek salt few raisins (optional)
 Water1/2 Pint
 Shrimp1 Pound, cooked, shelled
 Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

Fry the onion in the oil in a large frying pan (skillet) until it is golden brown.
Then add all the remaining ingredients except the prawns and lemon juice.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the prawns and lemon juice and cook for a further 10 minutes.
