Prawn Shrimp Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Shredded coconut | 1 1/2 Ounce, desiccated | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Natural yogurt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 5 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek salt few raisins (optional) | ||
| Water | 1/2 Pint | |
| Shrimp | 1 Pound, cooked, shelled | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
Directions
Fry the onion in the oil in a large frying pan (skillet) until it is golden brown.
Then add all the remaining ingredients except the prawns and lemon juice.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the prawns and lemon juice and cook for a further 10 minutes.
