Prawn Shrimp Creole Recipe
Ingredients
| Small onion | 1 | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste, cored | |
| Tomato juice | 150 Milliliter | |
| Dried rosemary | 1 Pinch | |
| Worcestershire sauce - 1 x 5 ml spoon/1 teaspoon | ||
| Prepared German mustard - 1 x 5 ml spoon/1 teaspoon | ||
| Prawns | 175 Gram, peeled | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Bean sprouts - 225 g/1/2 lb - for garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In a pan, put onion, green pepper, tomato juice, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce and mustard .
2.Let the mixture boil.
3.Once done, lower the flame and put the lid on.
4.Let itsimmer for 15 minutes.
5.Put a sprinkling of salt and pepper as per taste.
SERVING
6.Serve warm after garnishing of bean sprouts.
Tip
The dish can be frozen for later use. If frozen, thaw for 4 hours in refrigerator and reheat before serving.
