Ingredients

 Small onion1
 Green pepper1/2 To taste, cored
 Tomato juice150 Milliliter
 Dried rosemary1 Pinch
 Worcestershire sauce - 1 x 5 ml spoon/1 teaspoon
 Prepared German mustard - 1 x 5 ml spoon/1 teaspoon
 Prawns175 Gram, peeled
 Salt1 To taste
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Bean sprouts - 225 g/1/2 lb - for garnish

Directions

MAKING
1.In a pan, put onion, green pepper, tomato juice, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce and mustard .
2.Let the mixture boil.
3.Once done, lower the flame and put the lid on.
4.Let itsimmer for 15 minutes.
5.Put a sprinkling of salt and pepper as per taste.

SERVING
6.Serve warm after garnishing of bean sprouts.

Tip
The dish can be frozen for later use. If frozen, thaw for 4 hours in refrigerator and reheat before serving.
