Prawn (Shrimp) and Green Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. green beans salted water | ||
| French dressing | 2 Tablespoon | |
| French dressing | 1/2 Pound | |
| Eggs | 2 , boiled | |
Directions
Top, tail and string beans, cook in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain, pour the 2 tablespoons French dressing over.
Toss lightly, arrange on platter.
Top with shelled prawns and sprinkle these with a little additional French dressing.
Garnish with the eggs cut into quarters.
