Ingredients

 Butter1 Ounce
 Onion1
 Green pepper1 To taste, finely chopped
 Stalk celery1 , chopped
 Cornflour2 Tablespoon
 Canned Tomatoes with juice - 14 ounce, roughly chopped
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Mixed Herbs - a pinch
 Salt1 To taste
 Black pepper1 To taste
 Small Prawns - 12 ounce

Directions

MAKING
1) In a microwavable container, add in butter, onion, green pepper and celery.
2) Cover the container and cook for about 3 minutes.
3) Add in cornflour, tomatoes with its juices, sugar, herbs, salt and pepper.
4) Cover once again and microwave for another 4 minutes.
5) Now, add in the prawns. Stir well, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
6) Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes.

SERVING
7) To serve, lay down steamed rice on the serving plate. Spoon the Prawn Savoury over the rice.
