Prawn Provencale Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Ounce | |
| 1 onion, skinned and finely chopped | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), skinned | |
| Tomatoes | 15 Ounce, drained | |
| Dry white wine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Pinch sugar | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Prawns | 8 Ounce, frozen | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Arrange all the ingredients and utensils in advance.
MAKING
2) In a pan, melt the butter and saute onion with garlic for around 5 minutes.
3) Add to the pan tomatoes with wine and season with salt, pepper, sugar and parsley.
4) Stir the mixture well and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
5) Add the prawns and just heat through them in sauce by simmering for few minutes.
SERVING
6) Serve the prawns immediately with crusty French bread or steamed rice.
