Ingredients

 Corn oil4 Tablespoon
 Onions2 , sliced
 1/2 teaspoon ginger pulp
 1/2 teaspoon garlic pulp
 Chilli powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Tomatoes3 , sliced
 Cooked500 Gram, Defrosted
 Coriander2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Tamarind paste2 Teaspoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:)
 Tomato puree1 Tablespoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:)
 1 teaspoon ginger pulp
 1 teaspoon garlic pulp
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:)
 Ground coriander1 Teaspoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:)
 Sugar2 Teaspoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:)
 Water300 Milliliter (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:)

Directions

1. First, mix together all the ingredients for the sweet and sour tamarind sauce in a bowl and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and fry for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Lower the heat and add the ginger pulp, garlic pulp, chilli powder, salt and tomatoes. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add the prawns and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the tamarind sauce and cook, stirring, over a medium heat until it has thickened. Stir in the fresh coriander, then transfer to a serving dish and serve with plain boiled rice.
