Ingredients

| Tomato puree | 1 Tablespoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:) | |
| 1 teaspoon ginger pulp | ||
| 1 teaspoon garlic pulp | ||
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:) | |
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:) | |

| Water | 300 Milliliter (Sweet and sour tamarind sauce:) | |
Directions
1. First, mix together all the ingredients for the sweet and sour tamarind sauce in a bowl and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and fry for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Lower the heat and add the ginger pulp, garlic pulp, chilli powder, salt and tomatoes. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add the prawns and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the tamarind sauce and cook, stirring, over a medium heat until it has thickened. Stir in the fresh coriander, then transfer to a serving dish and serve with plain boiled rice.
