Prawn Pakoras Recipe
Ingredients
| Prawns | 500 Gram | |
| 8 tablespoons channa flour | ||
| Peppercorns | 10 | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1 1/2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Clean and season the prawns with salt.
Boil them a little water with the peppercorns and ginger.
Drain and apply green chutney ail over them.
Set aside for sometime to dry.
Make a thick batter of the channa flour by blending it with water.
Season with salt and chilli powder.
Coat the prawns with barter and deep fry them.
