Prawn Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Prawns-1 kilo, cleaned and deveined | ||
| Onions | 3 Large, minced | |
| Coconut | 1/4 | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram, sliced | |
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander leaves-Handful, chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Chilli powder-to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Coat the prawns with salt and turmeric and leave aside for 30 minutes.
2) Take a wok and heat oil. Add onions and fry until soft.
3) Add remaining ingredients to the wok. Close it with a lid.
4) Cook prawns until tender. Keep stirring.
SERVING
5) Serve hot prawn fry garnished with coriander leaves.
