250 gms. prawns
 
1 onion, finely sliced and fried
 
Madras curry
 
Salt

Directions

Clean and salt the prawns and set them aside for half an hour.
Prepare the Madras curry using one and a half cups of water.
Add the prawns and cook for about twenty minutes.
Garnish with fried onion.
Boiled rice forms a good accompaniment to this curry.
