Ingredients
| 500 grams prawns, cleaned and washed in vinegar not water | ||
| Red chillies | 10 | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram | |
| Peppercorns | 10 | |
| Onions | 500 Gram | |
| S green chillies | ||
| 10 big tomatoes peeled and sliced | ||
| 1/4 large bottle of sweet oil | ||
| Turmeric powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Grind onions, green chillies and ginger to a paste.
Grind separately garlic and all the dry spices to a paste.
Heat oil add onions and fry till brown.
Add garlic paste and fry till a nice aroma comes out of it.
Add prawns- and cook till dry.
Add tomatoes and salt and cook .stirring often till the prawns are tender.
Cool and store in airtight bottles.
